16-02 WDSF European Championship Ten Dance – Copenhagen / Denmark

It was a long day. Starting at 12.40 with the first rounds the finals and the prize presentation ended after midnight. After the finals in standard Jaak Vainomaa – Taina Savikurki from Finland (151.657 points) and Dumitru Doga – Sarah Ertmer from Germany (151.372 points) both were on places 1 and 2 head to head. Jaak and Taina won the Waltz and the Vienna Waltz while Dumitru and Sarah won the Tango, the Slowfox and the Quickstep.

The second part with the latin dances then brought the  turn. Konstantin Gorodilov – Dominika Bergmannova from Estonia won all five latin dances and at the end won the European Championship with 305.128 points ahead of Jaak & Taina (297.543 points) and Dumitru & Sarah (296.934 points).

The couple from Denmark, Nikolaj Lund – Marta Kocik achieved 4th place with 282.672 points ahead of Parachiv Mihai-Vlad & Diandr-Aniela Illes from Romania with 282.140 points (5th place) and Volodymyr Lyatov – Veronika Myshko from Ukraine, who achieved 6th place (280.930 points).
