The Chinese DanceSport Federation had invited the top latin and show dance dancers of the world to join the WDSF World Championship Latin and the World Championships ShowDance Standard and Latin being held in Dujiangyan/Chengdu - People`s Republic of China - as top events of this year`s CDSF World DanceSport Festival. The opening ceremony started open air in the centre of Dujiangyan, where the dancers came along the red carpet to the stage to be saluted by the officials and the public.
