Andrea Leandri - Maria Cristina Trevisiol from Italy won the title ahead of Hajime Kishida - Yuko Kishida from Japan, who achieved runners-up position. Prague Open Dance Festival at Palace Lucerna set the stage for 2017 WDSF PD World Championship Standard on September 16th. 39 couples had come to Prague to compete for the title. Benedetto Ferruggia - Claudia Köhler from Germany win the title ahead of Donatas Vezelis - Lina Chatkeviciute from Lithuania, who achieved runners-up position. Bjorn Bitsch - Ashli Williamson from Denmark, who had become the World Championships ShowDance Standard only one week before in Chengdu, danced their first competition in Professional Division this weekend after switching from WDSF Amateurs to WDSF Professional Division and they won bronze medal.
