18-08 WDSF Grand Slam Latin | German Open Championships – Stuttgart / Germany

WDSF Grand Slam Latin startet on Friday, August 10th, at German Open Championships in Stuttgart with 261 couples. It took the couples 7 rounds to qualify for the final rounds. At least Marius-Andrei Balan - Khrystyna Moshenska from Germany won the Grand Slam Latin ahead of Timur Imametdinov - Nina Bezzubova from Germany, who achieved runners-up position. Third place was given to Andrey Gusev - Vera Bondareva from Russian Federation. Special Event was the drop out of the computers of the adjudicators in der quarter-final. 18-08 WDSF Grand Slam Standard | German Open Championships – Stuttgart / Germany

32nd German Open Championships 2018 from August 7th - 11th in Stuttgart set the stage for the WDSF Grand Slam Standard. 257 couples had come to compete. It took 7 rounds to find the six finalists. At the end Dmitry Zharkov - Olga Kulikova from Russian Federations won the Grand Slam Standard ahead of Evaldas Sodeika - Ieva Zukauskaite from Lithuania, who achieved runners-up position. 3rd place was given to Evgeny Moshenin - Dana Spitsyna from Russian Federation. 18-08 WDSF PD Super Grand Prix Standard | German Open Championships – Stuttgart / Germany

3rd day of German Open Championships was the time for WDSF PD Super Grand Prix Standard. 57 couples from 16 nations had come to "Liederhalle" in Stuttgart. Winners of the PD Super Grand Prix Standard are Donatas Vezelis - Lina Chatkeviciute from Lithuania. Bjorn Bitsch - Ashli Williamson from Denmark achieved runners-up position ahead of Andrzej Sadecki - Karina Nawrot from Poland, who were set on 3rd place. 4th place was given to Andrey Motyl - Ekaterina Kim from Russian Federation. 32nd German Open Championships set the stage for WDSF Professional Division Super Grand Prix Latin on August 7th in Stuttgart Liederhalle. 49 couples from 19 nations had come to compete. Gabriele Goffredo - Anna Matus from Moldova won the Super Grand Prix Latin ahead of Marts Smolko - Tina Bazykina from Latvia, who achieved runners-up position. Vincenzo Mariniello - Sarah Casini from Italy won 3rd place ahead of Hou Yao - Zhuang Ting (4th place) and Wang Jun - Jia Yiwen (5th place) from People´s Republic of China. 6th place was given to Juan Manuel Gomez - Marina Mangione from Spain. At least 90 couples from 14 nations joined the WDSF Open SEN IV competition at German Open Championships in Stuttgart / Germany. "Alte Reithalle" again set the stage for the five rounds of dancing. At the end Luciano Ceruti - Rosa Nuccia Cappello from Italy won the competition ahead of Nicholas Nero - Anna Maria Arzenton from Italy, who achieved runners-up position. 3rd place was given to David Getchell - Allison Gonzalez from USA.
