Visitors of Saxonian Dance Classics 2012 lived to see another highlight this weekend in Coswig-Dresden. 34 couples from 13 countries had come to compete at WDSF Open Ten Dance. Supervisor Sibille Vinzenz and her “crew” did an excellent job under the chairmanship of Andreas Neuhaus. Tassilo & Sabine Lax superior won the competition with all twenty-five 1st places!
From February 25th – 26th “Tanzsportzentrum Dresden” had invited for the 3rd Saxonian Dance Classics. More than 400 couples started this weekend to compare their dancing skills in eight classes. Major events on Saturday were WDSF Open Ten Dance and WDSF Senior I Standard.
Tassilo and Sabine Lax from Germany, who had become World Champions Senior I Standard at Antwerp three weeks before for the second time won the competition with all forty-five 1st places of the nine adjudicators.

WDSF World Senior II Standard this year at the same time was a DTV ranking competition for the German couples. For this reason 117 couples belonging to this class had come to Coswig near Dresden to join 3rd Saxonian Dance Classics on February 16th - 17th 2012.
