Next major event was the WDSF Grand Slam Standard on August 15th. 220 couples had come to Stuttgart to join the competition. Evaldas Sodeika - Ieva Zukauskaite from Lithuania won the Grand Slam Standard ahead of Francesco Galopp - Debora Pacini from Italy, who achieved runners-up position. Third place was given to Evgeny Moshenin - Dana Spitsyna from Russian Federation.
On August 15th, the WDSF PD Super Grand Prix Standard was on stage in Stuttgart. Dmitry Zharkov - Olga Kulikova from Russian Federation, who had changed from Amateur to Professional Division, for the first time started in PD in Stuttgart and they won the competition. Runners-up position was given to Nikolay Darin - Natalia Seredina from Moldova. Andrey Motyl - Ekaterina Kim from Russian Federation achieved third place.
33. German Open 2019 set the stage for the WDSF PD Super Grand Prix Latin and Standard competitions in Stuttgart again. 36 couples joined the latin competition on August 13th. Gabriele Goffredo - Anna Matus won the PD Super Grand Prix Latin ahead of Marts Smolko - Tina Bazykina from Latvia, who achieved runners-up position. Third place was given to Vincenzo Marinello - Sara Casino from Italy.
