The Dance Week Dubai set the stage for the 2021 WDSF PD World Championship Standard in Dubai on Saturday, 18th December. 27 couples from 15 countries had come to Dubai to find the new World Champions Standard of the WDSF Professional Division. Dmitry Zharkov - Olga Kulikova again won the title ahead of Nikolay Darin - Natalia Seredina from Moldova, who achieved runners-up position. Third place was given to Vaidotas Lacitis - Veronika Golodneva from Lithuania.

Second highlight in Leipzig on October 23rd at the "Messe Leipzig" area: 2021 WDSF Professional Division ShowDance Standard. 11 couples from 6 nations joined the championship. 11 very special shows were presented to the visitors and of course to the adjudicators. Valentin Lusin - Renata Lusin from Germany won the title ahead of Alexandru Ionel - Patricija Belousova from Germany. Bronze medal was given to Domenico Aliberti - Roberta Cardone from Italy.

Messe Leipzig was the place on October 23rd. The best couples of the WDSF Professional Division were invited to compete for the title of a World Champion Latin. 25 couples from 14 countries followed this invitation. Again Gabriele Goffredo - Anna Matus from Moldova won the title. Marts Smolko - Tina Bazykina from Latvia achieved Runners-up. 3rd place was given to Kirill Kolpashchikov - Julia Remizova.

The 2019 WDSF Professional Division World Championship 10Dance was held at November 9th in Vila Nova de Famalicao, Portugal. 14 couples joined the championship. And the winners are ... Bjorn Bitsch - Ashli Williamson from Denmark. After the prize presentation and the dance of honour, Bjorn & Ashli officially explained their retirement from competition dancing. Winning the 2019 PD World 10Dance was their 5th title as World Champions in Professional Division (3 x 10Dance / 1 x STD / 1 x ShowDance STD). We wish Bjorn & Ashli all the best and are looking forward to meet them in future as trainers and adjudicators. Runners-up position was given to Mario Cecinati - Rosaria Messina Denaro from Italy. Nicolaj Lund - Marta Kocik from Denmark achieved 3rd place.

37th Baltic Grand Prix 2018 set the stage for WDSF PD World Championship ShowDance Standard on December 16th in Riga / Latvia. 13 couples from 8 nations joined the competition. Steeve Gaudet - Marioara Cheptene from France won the title with 38.638 points ahead of Valentin Lusin - Renata Lusin from Germany, who achieved runners-up position with 38.400 points. Moscow Ball 2018 set the stage for the 2018 WDSF Professional Division World Championship Standard being held in World Trade Center in Moscow on December 2nd. 32 couples of Professional Division from 16 nations had come to Moscow to compete for the title. As Benedetto Ferruggia - Claudia Kƶhler had retired in July, new World Champions Standard for the Professional Division had to be found. There were more than one candidates among the participants. So we saw high class and very emotional semi-final and final rounds in Moscow. At the end Bjorn Bitsch - Ashli Williamson from Denmark won the title ahead of the PD European Champions Standard, Donatas Vezelis - Lina Chatkeviciute from Lithuania, who achieved runners-up position. Third place was given to Nikolay Darin - Ekaterina Kim from Russian Federation.
