Tassilo & Sabine Lax superior won the competition with all twenty-five 1st places!
From February 25th – 26th “Tanzsportzentrum Dresden” had invited for the 3rd Saxonian Dance Classics. More than 400 couples started this weekend to compare their dancing skills in eight classes. Major events on Saturday were WDSF Open Ten Dance and WDSF Senior I Standard.
Tassilo and Sabine Lax from Germany, who had become World Champions Senior I Standard at Antwerp three weeks before for the second time won the competition with all forty-five 1st places of the nine adjudicators.
Zdenek Pribyl – Lenka Pribylova from Czech Republic won 2nd place followed by Petr Palat – Hana Palatova from Czech Republic who were set on 3rd place.

Under the chairmanship of Andreas Neuhaus, Klaus Gundlach and Sibille Vinzens made an excellent job as supervisors. It took the eighteen adjudicators more than eleven hours every day to find the winners of the different dancing classes.
