Italien couples hold the majority in this competition with 13 out of 17 couples. Austria and Slovenia were represented each with one couple. Two couples came from Germany. The final rounds was represented by 4 couples from Italy, one couple from Slovenia and one couple from Germany.
The audience had to wait till 01.40 a.m. for the start of the final rounds. But they were made amends by an excellent performance of the finalists of the Professional Division Masterclass II of this world championship. The nine adjudicators at least decided. Heinz-Josef & Aurelia Bickers from Germany won all five dances and became predominant winners of this PD World Championship Masterclass II Standard. Congratulations!
1st place: Heinz-Josef & Aurelia Bickers / Germany (5 points)
Angelo Costanzo – Roberta Mantovan from Italy achieved 2nd place with 12 points.
With 13 points Marino Biglieri – Laura Occhi from Italy attained 3rd place.
4th place was given to Angelo Buzzi – Alessandra Lanzi from Italy (21,5 points).
Winner of 5th place are Vitam Kodelja – Barbara Kodelja from Slovenia (24 points).
Aldo Mazzi – Roberta Pisacane from Italy scored 6th place with 29,5 points.
