The 2018 Chengdu Dance Festival was started with the WDSF World Cup Standard on September 8th. 27 couples had come to Chengdu to join the competition. Winners of the World Cup Standard were Madis Abel - Aleksandra Galkina from Estonia. 2nd place was given to Evgeny Nikotin - Anastasia Miliutina from Russian Federation. At the end Umberto Gaudino - Louise Heise from Denmark won the World Cup Latin ahead of Konstantin Gorodilov - Dominika Bergmannova from Estonia, who achieved runners-up position.
