The 2023 German Open Championships offered 60 competitions in 5 days from August 8th - 12th. See the finals of nine WDSF Open competitions in Youth, Under 21, Rising Stars in Standard and Latin and the Standard competitions of Senior I, Senior II and Senior III.
19-08 WDSF World Open Standard | Bangkok, Thailand

"The 10th King´s Cup Thailand Open 2019" in Bangkok set the stage for several dance sport events. On Friday, August 30th, the WDSF World Open Standard competition started with 62 couples. At the end Evaldas Sodeika - Ieva Zukauskaite from Lithuania won the huge King`s Cup. Evgeny Nikitin - Anastasia Miliutina from Russian Federation achieved runners-up position. Third place was given to Tomas Fainsil - Violetta Posmetnaya from Germany.
19-04 Vienna Dance Concourse – Impressions
The Vienna Dance Concourse 2019 was held from April 12th - 14th in the town hall of Vienna. Again all senior classes in standard and latin were on the floor. We provide some impressions of the rounds 1 and 2 of Senior IV Standard competitions on Saturday and Sunday.
19-03 WDSF World Open Latin | Pieve Di Cento (BO), Italy
The WDSF World Open Latin on March 24th registered 274 couples. After six rounds the finalists were qualified. 1st place on the podium was given to Armen Tsaturyan - Svetlana Gudyno from Russian Federation. Marius-Andrei Balan - Khrystyna Moshenska from Germany achieved runners-up position ahead of Andrey Gusev - Vera Bondareva from Russian Federation, who were set on 3rd place.
19-03 WDSF World Open Standard | Pieve Di Cento (BO), Italy
"The Star Championships" in Pieve Di Cento / Bologna set the stage for some top competitions. On March 23rd we saw the World Open Standard with 234 couples from all over the world. At the end Francesco Galuppo - Debora Pacini from Italy won 1st place ahead of Evgeny Moshenin - Dana Spitsyna from Russian Federation, who achieved the runners-up position. 3rd place was given to Madis Abel - Aleksandra Galkina from Estonia.
19-03 WDSF World Open Standard | Tokyo
Last but not least there was also a WDSF World Open Standard competition organized during 21st Tokyo Open DanceSport Championships 2019. 57 couples from all over the world had come to compete. First place was given to Francesco Galuppo - Debora Pacini from Italy. Anton Skuratov - Alena Uehlin from Germany achieved runners-up position ahead of Edgars Linis - Eliza Ancane from Latvia, who attained 3rd place.
19-03 WDSF International Open Latin | Tokyo
The 21st Tokyo Open DanceSport Championships on March 10th 2019 sets the stage for the WDSF International Open Latin competition. 27 couples had come to compete. At the end Timur Imametdinov - Nina Bezzubova from Germany won the competition ahead of Andrey Gusev - Vera Bondareva from Russian Federation, who achieved runners-up position. Third place was given to Winson Tam - Anastasia Novikova from Canada.
18-10 WDSF Open SEN IV Standard | Holland Masters Rembrandt Cup 2018 | Almere / Netherlands
Holland Masters Rembrandt Cup 2018 from October 19th - 21st in Amsterdam Almere set the stage for 24 WDSF and NADB competitions at Topsport Centrum Almere. 33 couples from Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium and of course from Netherlands started in Senior IV competition on Friday. At the end we saw three couples from Italy on the podium (1st Luciano Ceruti - Rosa Nuccia Cappello, 2nd Alessandro Barone - Patrizia Flamini, 3rd Armando Pelosi - Donato Annaratone) follow by Thomas & Annette Kreuels from Germany on 4th place ahead of Franz & Maria Steinbichler from Austria on 5th place and Paul Vandenrul - Nini Kuypers from Belgium on 6th place.
18-09 WDSF Open SEN IV – Luxembourg Open Championships / Bertrange
Luxembourg Open Championships set the stage for a group of high class competitions on September 22nd and 23rd in Bertrange. Besides 4 WDSF PD World Championships Master Class and World Open Adult and Rising Stars and other classes, there were also two WDSF Open SEN IV competitions held. 18-08 WDSF Open SEN IV STD | German Open Championships – Stuttgart / Germany
At least 90 couples from 14 nations joined the WDSF Open SEN IV competition at German Open Championships in Stuttgart / Germany. "Alte Reithalle" again set the stage for the five rounds of dancing. At the end Luciano Ceruti - Rosa Nuccia Cappello from Italy won the competition ahead of Nicholas Nero - Anna Maria Arzenton from Italy, who achieved runners-up position. 3rd place was given to David Getchell - Allison Gonzalez from USA.
