25-10 WDSF PD World Championship Latin | Leipzig, Germany

The 15th International DanceSport Festival in Leipzig was held on October 18th 2025 in the fantastically prepared exhibition hall. More than 3.000 visitors had come to the hall to live to see the 2025 WDSF Professional Division World Championship Latin. 21 couples from 14 countries competed for the title. After two rounds in the afternoon, 13 couples had been qualified for the semi-final in the evening part. And the winners are ... Marius-Andrei Balan - Khrystyna Moshenska from Germany. Runners-up position was given to Li Mingxuan - Zhou Wanting from People's Repubic of China. Egor Petrov - Daria Petrova (AIN) achieved 3rd place ahead of Li Jiaming - Li Yitong from People's Republic of China. Nikita Bazev - Hanna Run Bazev from Iceland attained 5th place. Vinzenz Doerlitz - Albena Daskalova from Germany obtained 6th place.

25-08 WDSF Grand Slam Latin | GOC Stuttgart, Germany

The highlight of the final day of 2025 German Open Championships was the WDSF Grand Slam Latin competition. 176 couples had started with the 1. round on Friday. On Saturday evening, the 6 finalists started for the final rounds. Winners of the Grand Slam Latin became Charles-Guillaume Schmitt - Elena Salikhova from France. Runner´s-up position was given to Yan Banging - Du Yujun from China. Malthe Brinch Rohde - Sandra Sorensen from Denmark achieved 3rd. place ahead of Alexandru Miculescu Ionut - Andra Pacurar from Romania, who attained 4th place. Konstantin Gorodilov - Polina Figurenko from Estonia achieved 5th place ahead of Artur Balandin - Anna Salita from Germany, who attained 6th place.

25-08 WDSF Grand Slam Standard | GOC Stuttgart, Germany

The 2025 WDSF Grand Slam Standard Competition again was one of the highlights of the German Open Championships. 166 couples participated the first round on Thursday. On Friday in the final we saw the following six couples competing for the title. And the winners are Rares Cojoc - Andrea Matei from Romania. Runner´s up position was given to Dariusz Mycka - Madera Freiberga from Poland. Dmitri Kolobov - Signe Busk from Denmark achieved 3rd place ahead of Yuan Shaoyang - Qi Chongxuan from China, who attained 4th place. Georgy Kalashnikov - Grigore Daria from Romania achieved 5th place. 6th place was given to Yahor Boldysh - Irina Averina from Germany.

25-08 WDSF PD Super Grand Prix Standard | GOC Stuttgart, Germany

Third day of 2025 GOC was the time for the WDSF Professional Division Super Grand Prix Standard. 30 couples from 19 countries joined the competition. Alexey Glukhov - Anastasia Glazunova from Moldova won the Super Grand Prix. Vadim Shurin - Anastasia Meshkova from Latvia achieved the runners`s up position. 3rd place was given to Edgaras Baltaragis - Indre Baltarage from Lithuania. Dusan Grula - Giada Cragnolini from Slovakia achieved 4th place ahead of Jiang Jiying - Zhao Yuye from China. Nikita Anikeev - Elina Kokotova (AIN) were set on 6th place.

25-08 WDSF Open Youth Standard | Final | GOC Stuttgart, Germany

Another highlight on the first day of 2025 German Open Championships was the final of WDSF Open Youth Standard. 108 couples had started Tuesday morning to find the winner. After 5 rounds 7 couples had been qualified for the final. The winners come from Latvia: Richards Krivins - Alexandra Shamova. Runners-up position was given to Matas Puplevicius - Gabija Vilciauskaite from Lithuania. Adria Hernandez - Emilija Ulcinnaite from Spain achieved third place ahead of Tymon Olejarz - Wiktoria Kurda from Poland, who were set on 4th place. Artem Crivenco - Alexandrina Martinova from Moldova achieved 5th place. The couple from Israel, Alan Kaykov - Maayan Rier achieved 6th place ahead of Yigit Bayraktar - Lukrecija Kuraite from Germany, who were set on 7th place in the final.

25-08 WDSF Junior I Solo Standard Female | Final | GOC Stuttgart, Germany

It was a special highlight at the 2025 GOC: 47 Junior I Solo Standard Female dancers started in Stuttgart. 7 female dancers had been qualified for the final. We saw a fantastic quality of dancing ... And the winner is Aylin Aydin from Turkey. Izabela Dankova from Czech Repubic achieved runners´s up position ahead of Sara Pelekh from Israel, who achieved 3rd place. Wan Siyu from China attained 4th place ahead of Hu Shihan from China, who was set on 5th place. Yuliana Deleka from Ukraine achieved 6th place. 7th place was given to Melina Lyrintzis from Turkey.

25-08 WDSF PD Super Grand Prix – Latin | GOC Stuttgart, Germany

The 2025 German Open Championships in Stuttgart, Germany, set the stage for the WDSF Professional Division Super Grand Prix Latin competition on Tuesday, August 19th. 23 couples from 11 countries started to compete in the Beethoven Hall in Stuttgart. And the winners are Li Mingxuan - Zhou Wanting from China. Sergiu Maruster - Anastasia Maruster from Moldova achieved runner´s up position. 3rd place was given to Li Jailing - Li Yitong from China ahead of Nikita Bazev - Hanna Run Bazev from Israel, who attained 4th place. Vinzenz Doerlitz - Albena Daskalova from Germany achieved 5th place ahead of Vincenzo Termini - Sharon Arena from Italy, who gained 6th place.

25-07 WDSF World Championship SEN III Latin | Vienna Dance Concourse

The 2025 WDSF World Championship SEN III Latin took place on July 18th at the Vienna Dance Concourse event. 110 couples from 23 countries had come to Vienna to compete at the fantastic city hall of Vienna. After 5 rounds of competing 6 couples had been qualified for the final. Congratulations to the winners, Anatoliy Shvarts - Tatiana Keegan from USA. Runners-up position was given to Petri Jarvinen - Ulla Jarvinen from Finland. Herbert Schoepf - Beatrix Schoepf from Austria achieved 3rd place and the bronze medal. Frantisek Beres - Miriam Beresova from Slovakia were set on 4th place. Gabriele Camagna - Simona Oddone from Italy achieved 5th place ahead of Roberto Danero - Eleonora Cicero from Italy, who attained 6th place.

The 2025 WDSF DanceSport Festival in Blackpool set the stage for the 2025 WDSF Grand Slam Latin on Sunday, April 13th, in the Wintergarden in Blackpool. 144 couples participated the Grand Slam Latin. It took six rounds to qualify the 6 finalists. The winners are Charles-Guillaume Schmitt - Elena Salikhova from France. Guillem Pascual - Adiandra-Aniela Illes from Spain achieved 2nd place ahead of Malthe Brinch Rohde - Sandra Sorensen from Denmark, who attained 3rd place. Yan Bangbang - Du Yujun from China gained 4th place. Konstantin Gorodilov - Polina Figurenko from Estland achieved 5th place ahead of Ionut Alexandru Miculescu - Andra Pacurar from Romania.
