23-11 DTV German Championships Formation Standard | Braunschweig, Germany

The 2023 DTV German Championships Formation Standard was held at the same event from Braunschweiger TSC. In standard section also 8 teams started to compete for the title. And the winners are Braunschweiger TSC A-Team with their show "Dancing on the Ceiling". 1. TC Ludwigsburg A-Team achieved runners-up position with "Barcelona 2.0" ahead of Tanzsportteam im ASC Göttingen v. 1846 with their show "A Sky full of Stars". Read more [...]

23-11 DTV German Championships Formation Latin | Braunschweig, Germany

On November 11th, Braunschweiger TSC organized the 2023 DTV German Championships Formation Latin and Standard. In the latin section 8 formation teams danced for the title. And the winner is the A-team of the Grün-Gold-Club Bremen with the title "Freedom and Peace". Runners-up position was given to the A-team of TSA Blau-Weiss Buchholz with their show "Made to Love". 23-10 WDSF PD World Championship ShowDance Standard | Leipzig, GER

Another highlight in Leipzig was the 2023 WDSF Professional Division World Championship ShowDance Standard on October 14th. Matej Stec - Eleną Popova from Slovakia won the title with their show “Three Faces Of Love: Back to Myself”. Runners-up position was given to Alexandra & Patricija Ionel from Germany for their show “Carmen”, which was liked very much by the audience of around 2.500 spectators. "Aladdin" was the title of the show of Roeland & Fauve Schelfhout from the Netherlands. They achieved bronze medal. Read more [...]

23-10 WDSF PD European Championship Latin | Leipzig, Germany

Leipzig Dance Festival set the stage for the 2023 WDSF Professional Division European Championship Latin on October 14th in the Leipzig Exhibition Hall. 19 couples from 15 countries participated the European Championship. And the winners are ... Andrea Silvestri - Martina Varadi from Hungary. Marts Smolko - Tina Bazykina from Latvia achieved runners-up position. 23-10 WDSF World Championship Under 21 Latin | Brno, CZE

Another highlight of the 2023 Brno Open was the WDSF World Championship Under 21 Latin, which was held von October 7th too. 83 couples of the group Under 21 had come to Brno to dance their World Championship Latin. Jaroslav Kislev - Sofia Filipchuk from Armenia won the title. Luigi La Rocca - Marika Maria Serra from Italy achieved runners-up position. 3rd place was given to Dumitru Sardari - Melissa Wederkinck from Moldova. Read more [...]

Brno Open 2023 set the stage for the WDSF Professional Division European Championship Standard on October 7th in Brno / Czech Republic. 11 couples from 9 countries started to compete for the title. As every year the highlight of the Saturday of German Open Championships is the WDSF Grand Slam Latin. 236 couples from all over the world had come to Stuttgart to join this very special competition. Marius-Andrei Balan - Khrystyna Moshenska from Germany win the Grand Slam Latin ahead of Charles-Guillaume Schmitt - Elena Salikhova from France, who achieved runners-up position. 2023 August 11th was the date for another highlight at GOC in Stuttgart. The final of the Grand Slam Standard competition. 194 couples had started the competition. 6 couples had been qualified for the final. And the winners are Alexey Glukhov - Anastasia Glazunova from Moldova. Runners-up position was given to Rares Cajon - Andrea Mateo from Romania.
