The 2018 International DanceSport Festival Leipzig / Germany, organized by Tanzschule Oliver & Tina, set the stage for the final WDSF Professional Division Super Grand Prix. 17 couples from 10 nation had come to the famous Leipziger Mess Hall. Donatas Vezelis - Lina Chatkeviciute from Lithuania won the competition and the 2018 series of Super Grand Prix Standard. Andrey Motyl - Ekaterina Kim from Russian Federation achieved runners-up position ahead of Cheng Dan - Li Zhenni from People´s Republic of China.

3rd day of German Open Championships was the time for WDSF PD Super Grand Prix Standard. 57 couples from 16 nations had come to "Liederhalle" in Stuttgart. Winners of the PD Super Grand Prix Standard are Donatas Vezelis - Lina Chatkeviciute from Lithuania. Bjorn Bitsch - Ashli Williamson from Denmark achieved runners-up position ahead of Andrzej Sadecki - Karina Nawrot from Poland, who were set on 3rd place. 4th place was given to Andrey Motyl - Ekaterina Kim from Russian Federation. Cheng Dan - Li Zhenni from People´s Republic of China achieved 5th place ahead of Valentin Lusin - Renata Lusin from Germany.

32nd German Open Championships set the stage for WDSF Professional Division Super Grand Prix Latin on August 7th in Stuttgart Liederhalle. 49 couples from 19 nations had come to compete. Gabriele Goffredo - Anna Matus from Moldova won the Super Grand Prix Latin ahead of Marts Smolko - Tina Bazykina from Latvia, who achieved runners-up position. Vincenzo Mariniello - Sarah Casini from Italy won 3rd place ahead of Hou Yao - Zhuang Ting (4th place) and Wang Jun - Jia Yiwen (5th place) from People´s Republic of China. 6th place was given to Juan Manuel Gomez - Marina Mangione from Spain.

On December 3rd the first WDSF PD Final Super Grand Prix Standard was held at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Moscow. The top seven couples of the PD Super Grand Prix series 2017 had been invited to compete in this final. Benedetto Ferruggia - Claudia Koehler from Germany won the competition ahead of Donatas Vezelis - Lina Chatkeviciute from Lithuania, who attained runners-up position. Andrzej Sadecki - Karina Nawrot from Poland achieved third place.

It was the first WDSF PD Final Super Grand Prix Latin & Standard ever. Dance Promotion Group had organized this very special event at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Moscow on December 2nd. The top seven couples of the PD Super Grand Prix series had been invited to compete in this final. Pavel Pasechnik - Marta Arndt from Germany won all five dances ahead of Marts Smolko - Tina bazykina from Lativa, who achieved runners-up position. Dmitry Pugachev - Anastasia Selivanova from Russian Federation attained third place. With a firework display the finalists were honored for their excellent performance.

Third day at German Open Championships in Stuttgart / Germany was impressed by Professional Division Super Grand Prix Latin competition. 49 couples from 17 nations joined the Super Grand Prix Latin. First place was given to Marts Smolko - Tina Bazykina from Latvia. Vitaly Panteleev - Angelina Nechkhaeva from Russian Federation achieved runners-up position. Dmitry Pugachev - Anastasia Selivanova from Russian Federation won 3rd place.

WDSF Professional Division Super Grand Prix Standard was the first highlight at the opening day of this year`s German Open Championships. 55 couples from 16 nations joined the competition. Benedetto Ferruggia - Claudia Köhler / Germany won the Super Grand Prix Standard ahead of Donatas Vezelis - Lina Chatkeviciute from Lithuania, who achieved runners-up position. Third place was given to Giuseppe Longarini - Katarzyna Kapral from Poland.

Austrian Open Championships set the stage for several major dance sport events on November 18th - 20th 2016 in Multiversum Hall inSchwechat. The highlight of the first day was the WDSF PD Super Grand Prix Standard. 15 couples from 11 countries had come to join the competition. At the end Donatas Vezelis - Lina Chatkeviciute from Lithuania won the Super Grand Prix ahead of Andrzej Sadecki - Karina Nawrot from Poland, who achieved runners-up position. The place was given to Csaba Lazlo - Viktoria Pali from Hungary.
