The Vera Tyumen Standard Team are the new world champions in formation standard . Braunschweiger TSC from Germany are 2nd runner-up ahead of TSC Ludwigsburg / Germany . Univers Minsk from Belarus attained 4th place followed by Step in Time Formation from the Netherlands. Second Russian Formation Team Olympia achieved 6th place in the final.

The WDSF Grand Slam Standard and Latin took place during 3rd Beijing International DanceSport Open in China on September 7th and 8th. In standard section 67 couples competed for the win at Ditan gymnasium in Beijing. At the end Emanuel Valeri & Tania Kehlet from Denmark achieved first place ahead of Simone Segatori & Annette Sudol from Germany, who attained runner-up position. Third place was given to Dmitry Zharkov & Olga Kulikova from Russian Federation.

The WDSF Grand Slam Standard and Latin took place during 3rd Beijing International DanceSport Open in China on September 7th and 8th. In latin section 81 couples competed for the win. Armen Tsaturyan - Svetlana Gudyno from Russian Federation achieved 1st place ahead of Charles-Guillaume Schmitt - Elena Salkhova from France. 3rd place was given to Timur Imametdinov - Ekaterina Nikolaeva from Russian Federation.

Show-Dance Latin – Beijing / China
For the third time the WDSF World Championships Show-Dance Standard & Latin were organized by Chinese DanceSport Federation. It took place on September 7th and 8th in Beijing / China. 17 couples presented their magnificent shows. Eight couples qualified for the final rounds. Charles-Guillaume Schmitt – Elena Salikhova from Russia win the world championship show-dance with 42.19 points ahead of Simone Casula – Laura Marras from Italy (42.19 points). Third place is given to Fedor Poliansky – Dina Akhmetgareeva from Russia (40.46 points).

For the third time the WDSF World Championships Show-Dance Standard & Latin were organized by Chinese DanceSport Federation. It took place on September 7th and 8th in Beijing / China. 17 couples presented their magnificent shows in standard and 17 couples in latin. Eight couples qualified for the final rounds.
13-08 WDSF Grand Slam Standard – Stuttgart / Germany
The last highlight of this year´s German Open Championships was the WDSF Grand Slam Standard. 288 ! couples started at Friday morning. After seven rounds the twelve adjudicators had qualified six couples for the final. Emanuel Valeri - Tania Kehlet from Denmark won the competition with 195,00 points. Simone Segatori - Annette Sudol from Germany became runners with a total of 194,13 points.
13-08 WDSF Grand Slam Latin – Stuttgart / Germany
The WDSF Grand Slam Latin again was a magnet for the latin couples of the world. 345 ! couples started on Thursday morning. On Friday evening after seven rounds six couples had been qualified for the final. Aniello Langella - Khrystina Moshenska from Italy won the competition ahead of Armen Tsaturyan - Svetlana Gudyno from Russia.

German Open Championships presented a lot of shows during the evening sessions. 10 years GOC in Stuttgart was the occasion for a special show at the first evening followed by a freestyle latin show presented by top professional couples. 13-08 WDSF Senior II Open Standard – GOC Stuttgart / Germany
German Open Championships set the stage for many high level competitions again. Same procedure as every year? Yes and no. This year, 232 couples had come to compete in this class. So it took two days to find the six finalists. Winners were Heinz-Josef & Aurelia Bickers from Germany ahed of Michael & Beate Lindner (Germany), who were set on runners-up position. Armando Nespoli – Natalia Gualandris from Italy achieved 3rd place.
The results of the two German couples, Bickers and Lindner, are very interesting to analyze. National competitions all are won by Michael & Beate Lindner. In June 2013 again Michael & Beate became German Champions Senior II Standard. Heinz-Josef & Aurelia Bickers again were set in runners up position. Same procedure as … every year (since 2010).
13-08 WDSF PD World Super Grand Prix Latin – GOC Stuttgart / Germany
Third day at German Open Championships. Time for WDSF PD Professional World Super Grand Prix Latin. Martino Zanibellato – Michelle Abildstrup from Denmark won all dances in the final ahead of Vladimir Karpov – Mariya Tzaptashvilli from Russia. Sergey Tatarenko – Viktoria Tatarenko from Germany achieved 3rd place.
