The city of Tyumen in Siberia / Russian Federation for the first time set the stage for the WDSF World Championship Formation Standard 2013. Only nine formation teams had come to join the world championships formation. Some of the formation teams that had been competing at the WDSF World Dance Sport Games in Kaohsiung /Chines Taipei only two week before, did not join the world championship.
The Vera Tyumen Standard Team from Russian Federation was lucky to win the world championship (1,2,2,1,1,3,1). Two weeks before at the World Dance Sport Games in Kaohsiung, they had been the 2nd runner-up.
Braunschweiger TSC from Germany this time had to take 2nd runner-up position after winning the gold medal in the World Dance Sport Games competition (2,1,1,2,2,1,2).
Last year´s 2nd runner-up TSC Ludwigsburg from Germany attained 3rd place this year (3,3,3,3,3,2,3).
